COP-FE Series

COP series products are based on Circuit Emulation over Packets technology. The idea is to "tunnel" a TDM circuit (e.g. E1/T1, or RS530, V.35 etc.) through a packet-switched network. The TDM equipment at either end is unaware that they are connected by anything other than a TDM network. The packet-switched network (IP network) is being used to emulate the behaviour of a TDM circuit
Uplink: Fast or Gigabit Ethernet uplinks allow to connect COP products to service provider’s IP network. The transport uses either copper or fiberoptic connections
Service Link: Multiple copper based connections can be used to connect customer’s equipment such as traditional voice equipment, data switches, E1/T1 based GSM stations for wireless backhaul, or RS530, V.35 based equipment.
Remote management using standard-based SNMP or CLI or web GUI is available for both CPE stand-alone chassis, and in racks through CACC system controller.
